[Openstack] Is there any way to contribute my scripts to openstack community?

Have you had a chance to compare your scripts with what DevStack provides?

http://docs.openstack.org/developer/devstack/

If your scripts provide features not provided by DevStack, you might consider offering some enhancements there.
