Hello Menyi,

Welcome to OpenStack and Outreachy!

If you're looking to appy as an OpenStack intern for the next round, I
believe the best place to start asking for help in IRC is the
#openstack-opw channel, where mentors and interns usually work together.
It's a great place to ask questions.

There are also other places where you can find more info, like the official
Outreachy page[1] and the Openstack one[2].

Then, if you're sure OpenStack Neutron is your area of interest, the
project wiki[3] and the "How to contribute" page[4] will help you get
started. The #openstack-neutron channel will be more useful once you have
specific questions on the project development, I believe.

I haven't been active in the community for a while, but I'm always glad to
see people joining!

Laura
