[Openstack] Debug tool for neutron packet flow?

I suppose there is no visualizer available but only the troubleshooting
guide...you have to visualize it yourself.

btw,  you can draw something out of the interfacing and bridging for
neutron so that you have a better idea where you might get stuck...try this
