[Openstack] Liberty address-scope

Hello Matt,
Thank you for your answer and for your help.
The router created following the official install guide for "Liberty" is
not able to PING the external gateway /172.20.0.1/.
The controller and compute nodes are KVM virtual machines. The IP
172.20.0.1 is virtual device on my server.
