You seem to use a self installed django and seem to use horizon
installed to a local directory.

Please note, Horizon in Kilo version does not support Django-1.8 by
default. There are a few patches required, and you need to know,
what you're doing.

Either downgrade to Django-1.7 or upgrade to Liberty version.
