[Openstack] Trying DevStack, and getting errors

Hello,

I didn't try latest Openstack/Devstack version but Kilo is working on
Ubuntu LTS 14.04 without problems - tried yesterday. Just follow their
instruction here: https://github.com/openstack-dev/devstack/tree/stable/kilo
