Open Stack

Variable public_address is deprecated. Sahara-puppet code now uses variable
public_url instead of this.

I am not sure how packstack installation works, but if its using hiera file
to set the variables and using the latest codebase, then most probably you
need to modify it and pass public_url instead of public_address.
