[Openstack] Add external storage to openstack

Thanks all for their quick responses.

I pointed my DATA_DIR to my HDD in localrc file and ran stack.sh. Now GUI
shows HDD being used for launching VMs which I consider is serving my
purpose fine. I'll let you know if I face any issue with this configuration
