Kilo release packages are currently working their way through the
stable update process - if you want to get an early start on them they
are available in the proposed pocket of the Kilo cloud archive:

   sudo add-apt-repository cloud-archive:kilo-proposed

Once testing completes (in the next 24 hours or so) we'll mark them
ready for release to updates - I'd anticipate this will happen on
Monday or Tuesday next week.
