[Openstack] openvswitch configuraion

Hello Yngvi,
You can make changes in /etc/network/interfaces as follows:
1. Define interface br-ex, give it static IP same as em3.
2. Add em3 to promiscuous mode.
Your interfaces file should look something like:
*auto br-ex*
*iface br-ex inet static*
*address X.X.X.X*
*netmask **X.X.X.X*
*network **X.X.X.X*
*dns-nameservers **X.X.X.X*
*dns-search example.com <http://example.com>*
*gateway **X.X.X.X*
*auto em3*
*iface em3 inet manual*
*up ifconfig $IFACE 0.0.0.0 up*
*up ip link set $IFACE promisc on*
*down ip link set $IFACE promisc off*
*down ifconfig $IFACE down*
