[Openstack] 99.5% of packets are disappearing somewhere between the Linux Bridge (brqxxxxzzzz-yy) and the tap (tapxxxxzzzz-yy).

Sure, I'll fill a [RFE] Bug report on Launchpad.

I think that I can pre-configure the required bridges, using
"/etc/network/interfaces" with "up brctl setageing $IFACE 0", instead of
Neutron VLAN Provider Networks.

Then, I can use just plain "Neutron Flat Network" on top of an already
existing "bridged-hub-vlan-untagged".
