[Openstack] NSX plug-in configuration on SLES

I did a quick search, and found this: https://www.suse.com/documentation/suse_cloud3/singlehtml/book_cloud_deploy/book_cloud_deploy.html

It has a section under neutron that talks about VMWare. It might be helpful overall.
