Reasons could be many, Can you send the log files so that easily we try to point out ?

Subject: [Openstack] Instance in error state

Hi all
I am 3 node architecture non-devstack setup of OpenStack. Wheneve I launch an instance, it goes into error state. What could be the possible reason and its remedy?
