Open Stack

Hello all, 

I wonder if anyone has tried to hide, or share an external network with a specific tenant account only. Therefore, I know I will have to create new networks (external) which may have different pool of floating ips available. 

I was thinking to modify the policy.json for this, if anyone else has done it I would like to hear it.
