[Openstack] Unable to launch an instance with ICEHOUSE

Hi all,

     problem i am facing is with oslo.rootwrap library and the fix is doing
"pip install oslo.rootwrap --upgrade". Actually there is a bug with bug id
1273581 is there with rootwrap and the fix is provided with the the above
command.
