[Openstack] OpenStack 2014.2 ("Juno") is released !

Hi!

I'm also wondering about this... From what I'm seeing, the work is still
ongoing on:

https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-cloud-archive/+archive/ubuntu/juno-staging

Also, my IceHouse cloud is IPv6-Only and this is becoming popular, so,
Cloud Archive (and Ubuntu PPAs) needs to be reachable via IPv6.
