If you make the container public [1] you can just point an HTML5 capable
browser at the url of the video in most cases and it'll HTTP pseudo stream
like a boss.

Otherwise you could perhaps generate tempurls [2]

If you need any help you could pop your IRC client into #openstack-swift on
freenode.
