It is my understanding that memory is of not bit deal if it skews up by few numbers. So I would recommend going to 65535 and disk should always be in GiB. I'm up to the node creation step and have some questions 1) In regards to the baremetal flavor, how closely do the extra-specs need to match the physical node? a) The node I'm working with has a strange amount of memory, 65952964 KiB which does not evenly map to the MiB units requested by ironic (65952964 KiB / 1024 = 64407.1914063 MiB). What kind of rounding should I do? b) Should the 'local_gb' property of the node be the size (in GiB) of the partition where the os will be installed or should it be the sum of the partitions? 2) Does pxe_root_gb refer to the size of the partition where the OS will be installed or is it something else?
