[Openstack] How to configure Neutron Networking from GRE to VXLAN?

Hi,
would you mind sharing your relevant parts of the configs?
It is very confusing because there are not a lot of VXLAN guides out there.
Some edit the ovs_neutron_plugin.ini and some just have a [ovs] section in the ml2_conf.ini.
What is the right way here?
