Open Stack

Hi Bill,

I tried to restart the above services. However those services are not
available in my setup.
However I tried executing the following script. Is it a valid workaround to
get the changes applied?

/opt/stack/cinder/bin/cinder-volume --config-file /etc/cinder/cinder.conf >
/var/log/nova/cinder-volume.log 2>&1 &
