Hi,

JClouds is the official one from OpenStack API site.

*jclouds*.apache.org/

I have developed OpenStack Java SDK which i'm using in all my own projects.
It's a JAX-RS 2.0 based REST client. You can use nowdays with 2 connectors
: Jersey or RestEasy (a contribution from OVirt guys)
