Open Stack

Hi All,
This is with reference to tempest patch
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/81769/

A new section 'Workflow' with 'Cross' (X) mark has been added automatically to this patch.
I am not aware of this section.

Can anybody please help me to know what exactly this 'Workflow' section means and how can I resolve this 'Cross' (X) mark.
