Open Stack

Hi all,
  I am attempting to get horizon going and I have this error:

It looks like it might be a python issue as it seems it is trying to do
a concatenation of strings.

root at api50-external:~# apt-cache showpkg openstack-dashboard
Package: openstack-dashboard
Versions:
1:2013.2.3-0ubuntu1~cloud0

I am using the current version of Havana which seems to have been updated
in the last week or so.

I did get this working with a prior release, but have no idea if it is
related or not.
