Subject: [Openstack] [openstack] how to get authorized tenant list for any user as an admin

I tried to search the Internet but probably there is a million ways to phrase this question..

Basically, assuming I have an admin credential, given a user name/id, is there a way to get the list of tenants that user is in? "user-role-list" seems to be an obvious choice, but it doesn't seem to work. As a user, we can obtain an unscoped token, and get a list of tenants for the user. But I want to do this as an admin.

Thanks.
