[Openstack] Swift space cal and geographical zone implementation

Hi Remo,
Yes regions are supported by adding an rX prefix to the ring builder syntax
where X represents the region number.

i.e. r1z1xxxxxxxx-8-0-0 or whatever it is (don't have it directly in front
of me).

Is this what you mean?
