Open Stack

hi everyone,
I have configured openstack havana on ubuntu lts12.04 as mentionned in the
openstack havana docs. But I have some problems with neutron.
First when i try this command   `neutron agent-list` it doesn't show
anything and echo $? give me the status of 0. I don't know if this is an
error.
Second when i create an instance i can assign her an ip address to the
external network but i cannot ssh her. I configured the rules and the
keypair.


The logs don't show anything.

Any help would be apperciated. Thanks.
