[Openstack] Unable to restore network connectivity after the controller and compute nodes were restarted

Hello Krishna,

Please check the dnsmasq process using ps aux | grep dnsmasq. If it is
there you can still kill the process and restart the nova-network , i think
dhcp will start giving lease.
