[Openstack] devstack fails

I tried it on Fedora 20 (call this "machine1"), checking out master and
using samples/local.conf as my local.conf. It succeeded, so I thought i
must be on the right track.

I then tried a fresh Fedora 20 (same image), everything as before but used
the neutron config (as described here:
https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/NeutronDevstack) and it failed :(

I went back to my original install (machine1) ran unstack.sh and stack.sh
again, just for sanity checking that this works. It failed :(

Does anyone know how to get a reliable build of devstack using neutron
networking? The instructions on devstack's site don't seem to work against
master.
