Open Stack

Hi All,

I have a three node Havana setup of openstack. Whenever I launch an instance and terminate it, the load on the CPU increases drastically.
I have checked using the TOP command and found some qemu-nbd processes eating away the CPU time.
I have to manually terminate them.  What is the cause of this issue ?
