[Openstack] How to configure Neutron Networking from GRE to VXLAN?

Hi,

I edited the ml2_conf.ini with the necessary VXLAN configs. I can now create and edit networks and start VMs, but
the VMs don’t receive dhcp responses. The DHCP-Agent is running on the network node, but there is nothing in the logs that would help.
