[Openstack] [diskimage-builder] How can I build my own undercloud or overcloud image ?

I think the underlcloud.qcow2 is different.
Because
http://fedorapeople.org/~slagle/slagle-tripleo-images-fedora-i2/undercloud.qcow2
can be used directly by libvert.
However in devtest, undercloud.qcow2 is uploaded to heat.
