Not sure what is in stackrc, but if you used tripleo's 'devtest', it produces a 'tripleorc' which can be sourced, but you still also need to choose between overcloud and undercloud. So: . $TRIPLEO_ROOT/tripleorc . $TRIPLEO_ROOT/overcloudrc Should work.
