What kind of integration are you looking for ? If you're using Puppet, there is some integration with the CMDB (http://puppetlabs.com/blog/servicenow-configuration-automation-integrates-puppet-enterprise) At CERN, we've just written some standard record producers for common actions such as new project request. They are all very CERN specific though so would not be useful elsewhere.
