[Openstack] Openstack image boot slow

Hi,
The first boot is usually slow as the image needs to be cached. From that moment on it should be a little quicker.

i created an images follow tutorial:

but when i run it on my openstack lab, it boot very slow.
can you tell me some tips to optimize image.
