Sorry but honestly I never experienced that problem! And making researches I only found https://bugs.launchpad.net/neutron/+bug/1211915 that should be fixed

Thanks Marco, Long Le Quang is my friend. I following your tutorial and got the error. I typed "neutron agent-list", I got the error :
Connection to neutron failed: Maximum attempts reach
System: Ubuntun Server 12.04 on VMware Workstation 10.0
I reading https://bugs.launchpad.net/neutron/+bug/1211915 but not fix.
You can help ... !

This is very useful, at least for newbies like me.
One comment though, to make it even simpler, if you can add which file
to edit when for example you setup the Network, or when you want to
setup the Database ( do not assume, we already know) :-).
