Open Stack

Hi Marco,
Thank you for your document. I have had a bug in step of installing
neutron, after I installed Neutron component, edited some file .conf like
your instruction, in last step, when I typed "neutron agent-list", I got
the error :
*Connection to neutron failed: Maximum attempts reached*

My friend 've just met the similar error. So can you check it?
