Unfortunately this isn't something that's usable at this point. What
you are seeing in the code are the beginnings of an effort that was
started but never picked back up this cycle. I'll have a look at
where this is at but may revert the code for icehouse it's picked back
up. There's no API call specifically because we weren't ready to
expose this yet.
