[Openstack] Network speed issue

 Rick,

 I will do that and I am on Nova Legacy networking.

 Adrian is the guy that was trying to help with the "ethtool" 
 adjustments and probably he is on Neutron.

 As soon as I have on two VMs the netperf and can run a test I will be 
 back with the results.
