Open Stack

Has anyone been able to get multi-cloud working in Heat (Juno)?

It appears as though I have everything set up correctly, but I wonder if there's "one more thing" missing.

I understand that no tests exist for multi-cloud at the moment, so it's possible this was working at one point and there could now be a regression.
