Open Stack

Hello All,

I am facing a problem with OpenStack with MAAS+JUJU+Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS. I
am trying to create a first volume type in openstack, using the
openstack-dashboard. When I try to create a volume type, the GUI displays
message "Error:Unable to create volume type".

I am running mysql service and cinder on same node in the cluster and I
found following
error message in the /var/log/cinder/cinder-volume.log

I think the problem is related to following traces. Please correct me if I
am wrong.
