[Openstack] Openstack Icehouse: URL doesn't exists when install nova-compute

HI Matthias,
 
First run the below mentioned command and the command you mentioned. it will work.
 
sudo yum install -y http://rdo.fedorapeople.org/rdo-release.rpm
sudo yum install -y openstack-packstack
