[Openstack] Fwd: ubuntu 14.04 + devstack neutron confusion..

Hello,

It should work if you remove FIXED_RANGE option, but... it might not be 
a good answer for your situation.

Just based on my experience, the default gateway in Neutron is 10.0.0.1.
This is why you see this error: "10.0.0.1 is not a valid IP for the 
defined subnet.".

You need to set NETWORK_GATEWAY option on your localrc or local.conf to 
specify the gateway address in Neutron.
I think this is a bug in Neutron.
