[Openstack] Fwd: ubuntu 14.04 + devstack neutron confusion..

I've spent a good chunk of the weekend trying to get a devstack with
neutron config going and I'm having issues on neutron.
Can anyone tell me where i'm going wrong here?
starting from here:
git status:
