[Openstack] Keystone 'NoneType' object is unsubscriptable error

Per lsof output I provided in my email below, keystone is listening on
both port 35357 and 5000:

keystone- 8451 keystone    4u  IPv4  21614      0t0  TCP *:35357 (LISTEN)
keystone- 8451 keystone    6u  IPv4  21616      0t0  TCP *:commplex-main
(LISTEN)
