[Openstack] Call for help: Havana Install testing

Hello,

I am installing Havana on Ubuntu 12.04, getting following error in keystone

root at havana-controller:/home/openstack-admin# keystone-manage db_sync
2013-10-16 11:29:11.158 18726 CRITICAL keystone [-] (OperationalError)
(2003, "Can't connect to MySQL server on 'havana-controller' (111)") None
None
