[Openstack] Need help

Is there any problem with firewall . I ran following command in Network node


iptables -L -n -v

Chain INPUT (policy ACCEPT 61352 packets, 5843K bytes)
 pkts bytes target     prot opt in     out     source
destination
    0     0 ACCEPT     47   --  *      *       0.0.0.0/0
0.0.0.0/0

Chain FORWARD (policy ACCEPT 219 packets, 13746 bytes)
 pkts bytes target     prot opt in     out     source
destination

Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT 25450 packets, 3847K bytes)
 pkts bytes target     prot opt in     out     source               destination




I tried

iptables -A POSTROUTING -t mangle -p udp --dport 68 -j CHECKSUM --checksum-fill


But instances doesnt get DHCP.
