[Openstack] Ubuntu Cloud Archive Havana Horizon still broken for Precise?

I'm using "ppa:ubuntu-cloud-archive/havana-staging" to test Havana with
Ubuntu 12.04.3...      ;-)
It have more recent packages, like new Dashboard (rc1) and new
OpenvSwitch...
Installing it right now...    :)
