Open Stack

I am trying to get openstack to tack to a ceph cluster and a separate 
xen server and I am not having much luck.
I have read of examples but they all seem to be single system 
virtualized environments.

I am sure there is something simple I am missing but I am not having 
much luck finding what it is.
