[Openstack] openstack-nova-api dead but pid file exists

The issue is fixed.
Following was the fix :
Add following line in nova.conf [DEFAULT] & restart nova services.enabled_apis=ec2,osapi_compute

Mridhul,
Can you check if openstack-nova-metadata-api is running.
If it is running please stop the service and then try restarting openstack-nova-api service.

We have restarted our controller node and we are now getting the following error and
openstack infrastructure is down
openstack-nova-api dead but
pid file exists
Any idea ?
