[Openstack] Havana Neutron OVS issue

Heyho guys,

I'm running in the exactly same issue -.-

have spend today 6 hours to find a solution but without success.

Have tried with recompilation of dkms module of OpenVswitch, some
settings on dnsmasq and so on ....
Each spawned instance will discover for an ip address but don't get an
answer.
Do anyone have a hint ?
